What is a retained client?

These are clients who have agreed to pay us a monthly sum for a period of 13 months [Being a Lunar month], to allow HFC to source the supply/sell Fuels/Oil’s for that company.

The sum to be paid will be calculated on the amounts of Fuels/Oil’s the client’s needs, and of course the traveling and work load for our company to conduct on a weekly/monthly basis, with full updates and minutes of those meetings we attend to gain/place the products on your behalf.

The first & last monthly agreed payment is in lieu and then the same day of each month thereafter.

What are the benefits from being a retained client?

The benefits are that we do all the leg work, do all of the traveling, all the meetings, but foremost, you don’t have to pay any further commission once we gain the products on your behalf. This means the discount given is yours as the buying client and we take no share in additional payments. Further, we can also sell that product on your behalf to any of the listed Major Oil companies who we serve and act for directly.

This mainly benefits companies of which the oil industry is not their main business and secondary to them, and wish to place funds to achieve a good name within the industry or, they have recently started in the buying and selling of all fuels but do not have the knowledge or credability to approch the refinery for the transaction.

Buying fuel for the first time buyer is no easy task and, if through the secondary markets is somewhat tidious for any new buyer/s however, we at HFC will try our utmost to ensure it's a smooth and clear transaction no matter what route you chose to take being, the retained client or a freashman and deciding to go it alone, either way we will endeavourer to supply the fuel as long as our advice is followed.

We have a host of suppliers and of course Major buyers and can offer a complete service to you as a fully retained client.

Please not that the above is an option and not mandatory.
